Free Next Business Day Delivery in the UK Mainland*
The Koala Blanket is shipped from the UK. Orders placed before 3pm are sent out on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are sent out the following morning.
*Orders placed on working days qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on following working days.
You have the right to return your blanket within 30 days of receiving your package, if unsatisfied with your purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have purchased your product and paid for shipping, the shipping cost are not refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Cancellation & Order Change Policy
The buyer responsibility to make sure that the shipping and order details are correct. To provide a next day delivery, our fulfillment center is processing orders usually in 20 minutes.
Therefore, after placing an order, normally we are unable to cancel or change your order information.
If you would like to change or update your address, the best you can do is to contact the shipping provider once you have received your tracking number. If you need to make a minor change in your delivery address, mostly you will able to do it on their website by using your tracking number.

Wrong address disclaimer:
Please note that if an incorrect address has been provided and not indicated to our attention before the order processed the order will be shipped to the provided address and we are not responsible for that. We are not willing to provide refunds for wrong information that has been submitted by the customer. If your order has to be returned to us the buyer responsibility to pay £20 restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will get back to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
